Planning to Train
I was in Dallas for work all last week. Constantly traveling for business makes IM training especially challenging. Packing all the necessary gear (and getting it to fit in carry-on luggage) is the first step. The biggest compromise is knowing that it’s not possible to have business dinners every night and train for more than an hour afterward. So I settled on an hour at the local Life Time each night but was able to bike, run and swim before coming home yesterday.
