I feel like if someone says hi to you when you walk into a store it takes two seconds to say hello back. Shaking your hand is different cause of the germs but simply just saying hello back isn’t hard.

That's true but sometimes ppl are in a rush or might simply not like interacting with strangers at all because of personal experiences or otherwise.

I don't take offence to it because im the same way.
