I'm learning how to set boundaries and I've become a lot nicer and less petty recently and I'm so proud of myself! Will be prouder if I can sleep soon bc work tomorrow but yeah.

It's been so hard working on enforcing my boundaries but it's for the greater good plus my health is important and I shouldn't ever have to sacrifice myself for someone else who doesn't appreciate it. Shouldn't sacrifice myself in general, like why should I continuously set fire to myself to keep loved ones warm? I Shouldn't!!

I just tried Brussel sprouts for the first time today, they were amazing! I'm trying to branch out with food because I can't be going on dates and only ordering chicken fingers 😅
