Hi everyone! I'm opening up emergency commissions because I need to go to therapy. Dysphoria and depression are really taking a toll on me, but I don't know how I can pay for a therapist. I will open up only two spots for now, because working now it's extremely difficult and I can't quit the other small job I have because of bills, rent, food etc. Since things are like this prices will be 20$ per codes. #god i dont even have te energies to make a proper post#im doing what i can to cope#im going outside#im journaling#analyzing my feelings with a self help cbt book#joined a support chat and a support zoom group#exercising regularly#but i still feel horribly#im doing the best i can but i need professional help#i also need a binder but it's way less expensive than a month of therapy#and only god knows how many months ill need. i want to cry#its been months and im failing on my studies#the whole situation is a mess. but ill get out of this somehow. i know this
