seeing my mother and son duo get along again makes me so happy and if either of them die, i’m rioting
is the option to skip these questions in the room with us right now?
fucked how intent tumblr is on making me mispost to my sideblog.
Ever seen someone elses idea that is so disgustingly good it makes you sick to your stomach with jealousy? But you also think it super freaking awesome and you know you could have never come up with anything that good? Im currently experiencing that and boy it's riveting I'll tell you that.
i spent 18 years believing that Pluto was a draft planet and went “heh! like Pluto” whenever the word “draft” comes up and just now learnt that its dwarf
Friendship so over with mcr fans, because why would they say that about Bill?
I almost wish that moving forward, bioshock never left the setting of Rapture bc I genuinely think the existence of Columbia undermines Rapture, a city that on its own is such a freak of human ambition and so specific to the character of Andrew Ryan that Columbia feels like this cheap knockoff via even cheaper time travel plot lines to make it plausible, I don’t even want to get started on the shit fest that the dlc created with the multiverse of infinite freakish rapture-esque cities that just exist -- the reveal felt disingenuous to me. I think overall Infinite just seemed like an excuse to reduce the franchise down to being about unexpected and physically impossible settings, especially now with the rumored fourth game creating a mass of theories of where it could be set rather than what it could be about (as thrilled as I am by the theories of an arctic themed game). Overall the commentary in infinite was a flop for me and the city failed to feel lived in ... i promise i am not trying to ruin anyone’s fun though because there were aspects I really enjoyed about this game.
I think I would have preferred what the dlc minerva’s den did, tell me more about the types of people in Rapture and how things went wrong for them as time progressed, what are their motivations once Rapture has fallen?
Idk tho maybe I’m just afraid of change
