i think there are things wrong with me that i cant yet understand or express and that it's not just that I'm not trying hard enough. Why can't I just do it. Why am I not like my sister.

When do I get better#i want my room to be clean i want to be proactive in the things I gotta get done and I can often accomplish both those things#why can't i make myself do a regular physical activity.
