#dogblr#dog training books#dog resources#real talk: the first jo laurens book did not live up to the hype#it was FINE there was nothing wrong with it but it was extremely basic (especially for how expensive her books are)#this sequel promises a much deeper training into gundog training#so i bought it and im really hopeful 👀#the robert milner book was $7 used so might as well#ive been really into the retrieving exercises lately and really planning on leaning in to complex retriever exercises this summer#im pumped#settling in to start absolutely positively gundog training right after i hit post
