that feel when you spend your whole life being told by your family to be a doctor, to the point where you believe you have no other choice. so in school your parent fills up all your subject choices as science and whenever you try to argue against that you get shot down bc who are you to decide? so for four years you almost kill yourself trying to achieve the perfect fucking grades he wants and learn to just shut up. but when the time comes to fill up the entrance exam form he says no, why because 8 years is way too long and by the time i graduate itd be too late to get married and have kids. and im not going to be able to do the job i studied for after marrying anyways so whats the point?
