Abundantly Blessed

What motivates me now in discipleship, counselling, mentoring, leading my cell group and even encouraging people? Just today, despite that I have an 8-hour job I was able to talk to 2 people. One during lunch break at Libis with someone who’s willing for a comeback and the other one after work in Makati before me going home who’s having family issues. I’m not even tired. Not at all. So what motivates me? This verse from my devotion last Saturday May 18.

The one who blesses others is abundantly blessed; those who help others are helped. (Proverbs 11:25 MSG)

Paano ka naman hindi gaganahan kung may ganitong pangako ang God sa buhay mo? I think this verse doesn’t pertains only to blessing someone financially but also someone who encourages, someone who forgives, someone who restores or simply someone who listens. It comes in different ways. Musta ang buhay buhay? Usap tayo.
