“Not this again...” | Closed RP
Quite honestly, Jane had been foolish. Based on everything she knew about Neverland and all the experience she had so far, it was obvious that visit would end badly. It wasn’t every day that a Genie appeared on the island, and that ought to get both good and bad attention. That usually wouldn’t bother her, but it had been an exhausting week, thus magical troubles weren’t exactly part of her wishlist at the moment.
However, Peter had been very stubborn about it and, against her better judgment, Jane soon found herself flying alongside him... Into a chaotic battle on Hook’s ship. She did spot a blue creature, who she assumed was the so-called Genie, but her attention immediately shifted to the clashes of blades, and wood, and the yells of both lost boys and pirates.
Without any hesitation, Pan and Jane jumped into the fight. Her swordsmanship had gotten a lot better, as had her confidence. Besides, she wasn’t scared to get dirty anymore. Their arrival was acknowledged with cheers from one side, and curses from the other, to which she tauntingly replied by sticking her tongue out.
That was her mistake, a second of distraction. The girl only noticed the Captain sneaking behind her when it was too late to dodge. A terrified gasp left her lips, and her eyes closed tightly as she waited for the blow of his dagger--
Instead, Jane felt herself spinning. It was similar to the first time she had gone through Neverland’s portal, and she got slightly nauseous. That (whatever that was) lasted around ten seconds, and when things finally seemed to calm down, Jane allowed herself to open her eyes, which widened in plain shock as she took in her surroundings.
“Oh dear,” She mumbled to herself, placing her hand on the side of her throbbing head. “What have I gotten myself into now?”
