TV show idea: “Emos vs Tumblrinas.”
Now that they’ve been adults for a while, let’s go back and find some emos and have them reflect on that phase of their lives: how they thought of themselves then, what they think of it now. How it was part of their expression, but not actually part of their identity.
And then let’s put them in a room with a bunch of "genderfluid,” “pansexual,” otherkin” Tumblrina snowflakes who think act like they’re incredibly unique and special, and that their affectations are completely real parts of who they really are, rather than a bid for attention.
