Imagine: Reuniting with Daryl after the two of you get separated by a hoard of walkers on a supply run

Full Scenario *TBA!*

You're breathing heavily at this point after having to run for at least an hour from a small herd of walkers which had caused you to get separated from Daryl.

As you stop and lean up against a tree to catch your breath, you see a figure in the distance.

Thinking that it's a walker, you're about to duck behind the tree, but you see a familiar head of long brown hair and a crossbow slung over his back.

"Oh my god..." you whimper in utter relief as you have been trying to find Daryl since the two of you had gotten separated.

"Daryl!" you exclaim as you step out from behind the tree, starting to run towards him.

At the sound of your voice, Daryl looks up from the ground, and his blue eyes widen at the sight of you as you run straight for him at full speed.

You crash into him a moment later, your arms and legs wrapping around him tightly as his arms wrap around your back.

"Oh, thank god, Daryl." you sigh as you run your fingers through his hair. "You're okay."

"I'm here darlin'. I'm here." Daryl mumbles as he holds you close for another moment or two before placing you down on your feet again.

As soon as your feet hit the ground, his blue eyes search you for injuries.

"Ya alright?" he asks, clear worry in his voice as he cups your cheek in his hand gently.

"Yeah, I'm okay." you nod, grasping the hand on your cheek as you lean into his touch. "What about you?"

"Now that yer here, I am." he nods before he kisses you on the lips gently.
