Sailor boat I looked all around for you Sailing guy i traveled the sea for your eyes But only at the end when i became tired And went to sleep that night I found him near the water side Where the tide lapped every time On the soft sand, walking I looked into his eyes The lover i never thought i’d find Until he changed my mind

By morning i searched and searched For the sailor boat and the sailor guy But the sea was deserted So I asked the seagulls for advice Did they see you out there I asked the eagle if he could spot you out there But they didn’t speak my language They just looked puzzled and flow away I sat on the shore bank daydreaming

Every night when i went to sleep I saw the sea boat and sailor guy He’s eyes That was the only time I felt alive

Short Story 23/6/16 (c)

By the sea there’s a little sailing boat floating above the salt water I watch it and it watches me We are one in this eclipse of a lifetime Lonely but content It sways like hips dancing slowly to a sad song I remember how that use to be It sails smoothly and i imagine little people, raises the flag pole and shouting orders A small lifesaver vest hangs off a hook on the side And seagulls fly happily

Suddenly as a big sailing boat appears The little sailing boat gets knocked around in the mighty waves That almost tip the small boat over I lose my breath in fear that it might sink But the little boat is tough and brave as it stays right on top I wonder how that could be “Sometimes in life we may be swayed and knocked around And things may be scary but remember you are tough and brave Just like that little sailing boat out at sea”
