my depression recovery rules:
No major decisions past 7pm.
No unplanned trips or adventures past 9pm.
Sleep, eat, and attempt to exercise on a regular basis.
Make the hard tasks (doing laundry) non-negotiable.
Reward yourself for accomplishing your goals, even the little ones.
Catch and thwart the negative thoughts early on- don’t give the negativity so much credit.
Remember that this lack of yourself is temporary, life will come to a balance again.
