"Leave him alone you big fat dodohead!" Elsa yelled at the older older boy who was taunting her friend about his father. She quickly scanned the playground to make sure that there was no one there and kicked the older boy. Hard. Right in his family jewels. 

As the boy cried out for his mother, Elsa grabbed Jim’s hand and dragged him away from the scene of the crime. When they were far enough, she hugged him tightly. “I’m sorry people are so mean to you Jim,” she whispered. 

"I could have done that myself you know," he grumbled, annoyed that he was saved by the silver haired girl. "But thanks…"

"You’re welcome!" she grinned, "I know you would do the same thing for me anyway!" She kissed his cheek. "Now, you have to push me on the swings."

"No I don’t."

Elsa’s eyebrows shot up. “Yes, you do,” she growled. 

"Fine!"

Tonight - from West Side Story had to be done

Tonight - from West Side Story:Romeo & Juliet balcony remake time! 

"I hate you!” Elsa screamed down the hall before slamming her bedroom door. She used enough force that some of her picture frames fell on the floor. 

Hot tears began to roll down her face as she walked over to her window bench. The cool breeze felt good. She grabbed her stuffed penguin and held on to it tightly. She refused to cry. She can’t… But in the end, she couldn’t. She wept. Once again, a family member was taunting her. She would usually let it roll of her back, but her aunt had taken it too far this time.

Anna this! Anna that!

“Why can’t you be as pretty as your little sister Elsa? Look at Anna! She has good grades, she’s beautiful, and she has a potential beau! What do you have Elsa?… Columbia? Why would you go there? Oh, you weren’t accepted anywhere else where you? Poor thing…”

Why can’t they just be happy for me?

Elsa turned and smiled a teary smile. “Hi Jim,” she said as she wiped her tears.

“You need to stop letting her get to you Elsie,” he told her from his window. “Just ignore the bitch.”

She snorted as she began to play with her penguin. “Hard to do that when she lives so close Jim.”

“I know what will make you feel better,” he lifted a plastic bag full of pot. “You feeling up to it? Because my basement is open.”

“Give me ten minutes,” she stood up and closed the curtains.

“You know I wasn’t going to look!”

“Yeah right Jim!”

Exactly ten minutes later, Elsa had changed into jeans and a tshirt and was knocking on her best friend’s front door. She even had a backpack filled with bottles of beer with her.

“Just in time!” he exclaimed as he opened the door. “Beer?” he asked pointing to her bag as she entered the room.

“You know it.”

What is your favorite thing about Eric? Mel? Jim?

Eric- I honestly can't pick just one thing. <3 But I guess I really love how he's so down to earth and accepting.

Mel- Mel's just so feisty and full of life.  She doesn't suck up to anyone; she's really grown in and has a strong sense of self.

Jim- Jim is independent and adapts easily to different situations.  I think that's really important and hard to find in a person. :D
