It has just dawned on me, I started my challenge on the 9th. Targets included. I was getting my steps/hitting the gym. Only 2 days in that time I wasn’t able to hit my step goal v go to the gym and I have good reason for them: Day3 had no time at all, had my hair done by a friend, went to work with half done hair then went back to finish my hair. Day12 I went out for a friend’s birthday and so was out the whole day. Had no time to get my steps in Today is really day 16!
