I see this post soo often. When I see it I start calculating.. Hmm how much can I lose in the time I have left until my holiday? Then I remember that I'm not completely focussed on the scale.. Anywho.. Now that I've finally completed my first actuarial exam, I'm ready to start properly putting the work in again. Apart from this week, I've been maintaining my 2-3x a week crossfit, but I really want to do more now. Considering starting my day a little earlier, but have to see how it goes.
