May 13th my father was called home… and since then I’ve been more lost than I already was… last year I proved to myself that I could support myself and my daughter without the help of my dad. But for some reason I can’t seem to figure out what to do at this point. My job that I moved to Jacksonville for has asked to resign or I’ll be terminated but I don’t understand how that’s right and my doctor took me off work. My mental state is not good at this point and I wish I could just get back to the me, the happy, worry-free me. The bad thing is that I don’t know when she left. I try so hard and I still end up hurt and alone I help ppl even when I don’t have it to do so but i don’t really have anyone in my corner. Ppl say they love you and if you need them just call but they don’t mean it. But I always mean it when I say it. I have given my last, been an ear and a shoulder to cry on but I don’t have that from the ppl I love. Funny thing my dad use to call out the blue when I would be having a rough time and now he’s gone. I don’t know why I don’t have that connection with anyone else and that makes me sad asf. I love ppl so much more than they love me back. And some of the thoughts I have are scary asf. I try not to think them but it’s so hard and my daughter is the only reason I’m still here. I would’ve been gone long ago if not for her. She is really my only reason for living. Depression is real and it’s hard to cope with and a lot of ppl don’t know or understand that.
