Creative artist? ME? YES! How do you prove that you're much more creative Than You Think You Are
Most use when feeling unwell or in a bad mood somehow, will seek some sort of medical aid, traditionally our local doctor or GP. But who do we turn when our creativity is feeling sick or unwell? We feel a bit out of our better or that the disease is terminal and the decline of our creativity inevitable, what can we do? Where can we get help when you can not work creatively in the way we know we can? There is no "Creativity Doctor" to make us an appointment with. Or is it ..? What we can do is play the role of being our own creativity doctor. What a doctor creativity? Well, they are like a regular doctor, they deal specifically with your creative health. The bonus when you choose to be your own creativity doctor is that you have lived with you and your various stages of creativity throughout your life so that you know better than any doctor can. Here are some simple steps you can take to help increase your creativity to feel weak in the fight against fit again: Symptoms How do you know that you're not at full health in a creative way? What are the warning signs, what readings do you take, if the evidence, what is the current reality of the situation? Gather as much as you can. Look at all areas of creating your life and work the way they are right now compared to how they were in the past and how they can be in the future. You may find that your creativity is already in much better shape than you realized, just you were not giving enough recognition and credit for all the means at your creativity is used. Diagnosis Make an honest assessment of how your creativity is at present, taking into account all the evidence and symptoms. Again look at the parts of your life you feel creative is not as good as you want them and examine the factors surrounding them. What has changed recently in your life who has had a negative impact on your creativity? What are you doing, or not do, now that you were not in the past when your creativity is in what you considered a better fit? What is the difference that makes a difference to your creativity? What makes you happiest creative? Often it is little things repeated over a prolonged period that bring the most change in our lives and because they seem so small and almost insignificant, their effects can creep up almost unnoticed. Possible courses of treatment Now you have a picture as possible of your creativity as it is currently, and the factors that have influenced him positively and negatively, you can begin to form a solution. In simple terms, what can you do to improve your creative health? If there was absolutely nothing holding you back, which is the first thing you would do to start improving your health creative? Think about all the options available to you. Think about the things you did before that were positive and favorable results. Also look for new ideas and activities you can participate in what you expect to have the desired result, an increase in your creative health. In addition to the creative actions, to also consider your mindset and your belief system around your creativity. Whatever we do, we are all ultimately limited by the beliefs we hold about ourselves. What books do you read, what groups you could join, what websites and forums could help you? What other resources are available to you? We all feel a little less time to time to time.
