Some terraria themed immersive audio i made and spent way too much time on lol

Please know!! There’s some loud mutilation/death? noises at around 1 min 43 sec (full thing is 2 min 4 sec) and that “ringing in your ears” sound that everyone hates from that point until the end, so if you have sensitive hearing or don’t want to hear that part be very cautious, as i’m not sure audio posts on tumblr give exact timestamps. Idk i haven’t used tumblr in a long time. But just be aware that those are there and sorta near the end.

Animation with Binaural Sound

Hey everyone, I’m looking for people to take part in a short survey on animation with binaural sound for my uni project!

All you’d have to do is watch a 3 minute animation and then answer a few questions about the sound, it should take 5-10 mins (including watching the video)

You don’t need any specialist knowledge to participate, just headphones and a few minutes

It's amazing how just changing how the speakers are pointed can make a difference for a sound system.. For ceiling speakers in a Dolby Atmos system it's good to toe them in and aim them so they fire overhead rather than at the listening positions.

NOW, I think Dolby Atmos truly works and makes a big difference.

I'm having to rewatch everything that has it to hear what I've missed.. Today, Blade Runner The Final Cut 4K.

This movie seems like it was made for this type of sound system with how it uses it for overhead and 3D sounds!

This is a beautiful film with a beautiful sound track especially in 4K with Atmos!
