That person thinks that people who are anti-communist are ableist and queerphobic.

They’re probably never heard of the fact that children born with disabilities were ripped from their mothers the moment they were born and put into orphanages, that is if they were allowed to live, because Soviet Union’s official rhetoric was that there were no disabled people in Soviet Union :)

Also, being anything other than straight was a crime in Soviet Union :)

Cameroon: Describe your culture.

I don’t know how to understand this question so will desctrie it more like an aesthetics of our Ukrainian culture: embroidered shirts, braids, chuprynas (oseledetsi),  rushnyks,  big wheat fields, strong empowered women who protect homes and men who listen to them and treat with respect them, big friendly family meetings, hospitable people who share the last what they have with guests, people who fight for justice with adoure.

Cuba: What sort of grudges do you hold if any?

I have some grudges at some teachers who used to tell me that I am useless, stupid, untalented and treated me with indignity because it doesn’t motivate anyone but only breaks people and it’s not only about me I understand that they treat some other students like and it makes me feel sick because I can’t even imagine how many people they broke.

Roman Empire: How would you like to be remembered?

I would like to do something great and It’s might be the only reason that stops me very often when I have suicidal thoughts. I have a strong feeling that I just HAVE to do something big and important and bring some kind of light and love to people. I want to do so much for our country and make people proud of our Homeland because as I love to say: “The land isn’t guilty that you spit on it”. I believe that if Ukrainian would try to love this country and try to make it better - everything will change in a good way. I am sick of people who say that our country is terrible and the very next moment I see them littering on the street and bribe. I’ve never did any of it because that’s how I was raised and I wish I could change people’s views and make a difference. That’s how I would like to be remembered.

I went to wonder woman for the second time today and I cried for half the movie. First time around I was more mesmerised and shocked, but now I just. Couldn’t stop sobbing.

It’s so weird right? I knew there would be a ‘sad’ part, but I wasn’t expecting the rest of it to make me so emotional.

So true. 100% so well worded.I was the same way.It blew my mind so hard

I knew it would be different and I knew I would love it, but I had no idea that—plot aside—it was going to make me experience this level of emotion. So yeah, mind blown :)

I loved the Mirror of Erised art so much!! on the unrelated news, it reminded me that i had written like 12 different snippets on tos Enterprise crashlanding in Hogwarts grounds for like half a year (bc repairs in the 90s... yeah, problematic), and Jim ended up kidnapping the trio just bc no kids should fight a war.

I’ve seen people complaining about book!Holden being a womanizer so it makes him sexist by default which... lmao couldn’t be farther from the truth? just because he was popular with women and had more than one girlfriend before Naomi doesn’t make him sexist? especially since he was breaking up with them every time he realised he wasn’t in love with them instead of leading them on, which imo shows how respectful he is of his partners?

and tbh I’ve seen people hating him because he’s your typical straight white boy and okay fair enough but then they worship Miller? and they don’t even realise that Holden being “a dick” is him having PTSD after the Cant and especially after Eros??? like wow the mental gymnastics here
