Early this morning, I got up and was only going to prep dinner, but decided since I had time, I might as well cook it too. Walked in the door to my own home cooked meal of fresh okra, corn and tomatoes, fresh zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, onion and mushrooms seasoned with tarragon and chimichurri, zucchini and squash cooked in egg, and a top round steak cooked in the air fryer in a butter, red pepper and chimichurri marinade.
