Ingredients: 200g pasta noodles. 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly. 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced chicken. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through. Add asparagus pieces to the skillet and cook until slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and sesame seeds. Pour the sauce over the chicken and asparagus in the skillet. Stir to coat evenly. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
