Allora tu parli italiano?: "I speak Italian but unfortunately it isn’t perfect, I am working on it!" . Tell us about yourself!: " Right now I am a cook, I have been cooking since 2013. I've been working for Faita Forgione company for almost 2 years now. Love cooking! Specifically making fresh pasta by hand. I enjoyed watching my nonni making it when I was younger and have been in love with both their unique lasagna to this day - They helped me become what i am today! I started cooking after high school and haven’t stopped since. I have worked under the influences of Sergio Mattoscio who basically took me in from nothing and opened up all my doors today, Danny Smiles and lastly but not the least, Michele Forgione, who I have no words but to say he’s simply the best. "Ti amo capo!" 👌 . When you do when not working?: "After work, I love to have a little time to myself and open up the Xbox or computer and game a little. Then I’ll make supper with my gf and watch some funny TV shows. That’s an ideal weeknight for me. Otherwise, I’ll enjoy going out to eat and trying different restaurants" . Favorite quote?: "This quote can be said in both English and Italian but because this is Insieme, it has to be said in Italian: "Chi va piano va lontano". Basically meaning “slow and steady wins the race” . "All that being said, I am proud to be of Italian descent and I love the culture so much.
