I just spent the last few days learning how to use iMovie to stitch together a collection of videos from a weekend trip that my BFF and I took, and it’s been a fun - not to mention eye-opening - experience for me. I definitely have grown a better appreciation for the more technical disciplines of film-making - namely film editing and sound mixing - because I’ve done it all in the last week - albeit on a bit of a smaller scale :)
I am in awe of how far mobile technology has come in that I was able to shoot, edit, and “mix” a bunch of my own videos into a 30 minute movie ENTIRELY on my mobile device. Pretty neat.
