For reference, the Hellaverse crew decided to reference some recipes from Table of the Gods channel ( which depicts mainly Ancient Mesopotamian recipes and also recipes from various other Ancient civilizations )
Corn, chocolate and Tomatoes originally came from Central America. When a younger adult Vassago discovered corn, it was around the time Hell popcorn is invented, and it became his favorite snack since

One of the most shocking aspects of Old Italian cuisine ( for IMP and Charlie's non Italian friends anyway ) is that tomatoes never existed in Italy until the 16th century

It turns out the Old Italian ragus are a luxury that is usually eaten in autumn and winter times, since it requires red wine, a beautiful cut of ribs, and lots of carrots and onions
Meat was a luxury in the Ancient times and only the rich folks can afford more meat. The commoner citizens usually save meat dishes for special occasions.
In the case of Hell, since with Hellhounds, they usually just hunt for themselves or buy some meat from cheap local markets back then.
Back in the 15th century, when Stolas' older siblings have tactical notes and such for the Cyprus missions, young Stolas has crayon drawings of.....just a blue pom pom with 4 big red eyes flying with his siblings and parents.
Young Stolas in the Cyprus missions was an epitome of ' just happy to be there ' while Vassago, Astaroth and Ipos were busy with the heavy hitting spy missions, their crazy love lives and babysitting the younger siblings.

The Orsinis were Ancient Roman nobles who were also shadow Council for Julius Caesar himself. They converted to Christianity after meeting St Peter ( because they are DONE with Nero's nonsense )
In the 7th century, the Schiaparellis sailed to Venice to co found the Venetian Republic with the other Venetian ruling clans ( the Loredans, the Galbaios, the Dolfinis, the Contarinis, etc ).
Ipos' powers are etched to the seas and thunderstorms
