Anonymous Prompt: A new court-martial for Thrawn?

The JAG at Grand Admiral Thrawn’s desk shifted uncomfortably. Thrawn noted the man's heightened body temperature and tense muscles almost absently.

“Court-martial? So this alleged fraternization is considered a severe infraction?”

“Yessir. The indictment suggests your entire chain of command is compromised.”

Thrawn nodded. This wasn’t his first court-martial, nor would it be his last. He held out a hand for the datapad the JAG held, ready to read sordid accusations.

“And the subordinate implicated? Vanto? Faro? Pellaeon?”

The JAG blushed. “Sir?”

“The list isn’t exclusive.” Thrawn beckoned to the junior officer. “Shall we add you as well?” he smiled.

This comes to 129,103 words written about Thrawn and his favorite art forger since 2019. I am very happy to be done, but more happy to have such amazing readers who stuck with me for over seven years and cared enough about the story to make me want to keep telling it, and learn where it went...

While I can say definitively this is the conclusion of the main storyline, and I hope it satisfies, it is not outside of the realm of possibility that I will revisit these two again in a random one-shot or something someday. But first, I am taking a vacation!

That rich, wonderful voice, those smooth, clear syllables, like he was lying in bed next to her instead of stars knew where across the galaxy. Seta hadn’t really thought he would answer, that the signal would connect. But it was Thrawn. He was still there, still kept the comm at his side, ready to respond when she called.

I know I'm late but it's coming friends...Aesthetics 3 is still chugging along...

Hi there! So sorry if you’ve already talked about this and I completely missed it, but did you remove your Thrawn stories from AO3? Your Aesthetic story is one of my all time favorites, but when I went to find it, I wasn’t able to see it in my bookmarks. Could be me missing something on AO3, but just thought I’d check. I’d love to read them again if you thought about posting elsewhere ♡

Hi @the-ashtronaut! Thank you so much for such kind words about my writing and Aesthetics. It absolutely makes my night! I'm glad you asked about it, because every once in a while someone thinks I deleted my fics but I promise you I have not (and never will). I put them all (not just the Thrawn ones) behind the AO3 login, because AO3 recommended authors do that back when AI was scouring the internet for creative writing. I didn't want my stories to be used to train ChatGPT or whatever (even if it's futile at this point) so now unfortunately they are only available to registered/logged in AO3 users.

I'm not sure why it isn't showing up in your bookmarks, but perhaps you can try again to add it? Maybe when I combined Part 1 (Conflicting Aesthetics) and Part 2 (Complementary Aesthetics) into a series, it messed things up? Please let me know if you can't access them once you are logged in, that would be weird and worrisome.

Also in the good news camp, I have about 8500 words written of the third and final installment (not going as quickly as I hoped due to real life being insanity, but it's coming!).
