While there certainly were a few times where the Doctor forgot for a moment where he had left the TARDIS after a longer time of being away, right now she was very certain that this was not the place she had left her girl. In fact, a few hours before, as she walked past this place, there was no police box. Now there was, and the Gallifreyan surely knew it when she looked at her own TARDIS. Taking a suspicious look around, the woman walked towards the box, lifting her right hand from out of her jean's pocket, and once she stood before the wooden door, the Doctor snipped her fingers, not sure whether or not she should be surprised that they actually opened.
Maybe she really had just forgotten? No. There is a difference between forgetting, and not knowing. She might not recall the exact place where she left it, but the moment she saw it, the Time Lady would have know. Though, it did not stop the woman from stepping inside, still careful, taking a look around as her steps were slow. Her right hand nonetheless moved behind her to close the door again. At least it looked like her TARDIS. That was, until she noticed the one thing that should not be there, and that was another person on the controls. Not caring for how some would see it as overreacting, the Doctor literally sprinted right across the pathway that lead her to the center, barely able to stop to the stranger's side.
"Don't touch that!", the woman scolded, both of her hands on one arm of the apparent man, in an attempt at pulling his arm away from the controls, but that attempt she quickly disregarded as she actually had turned her head to look at the supposed stranger with disbelief in her otherwise curious eyes. "Oh...", her gaze also wandered onto the bowtie for a moment, which had her sigh in almost disappointment, but nonetheless looked up at the man again, not really registering how her hands were still on his arm, even if not trying to move it, just resting there, a faint smile on the woman's face, while her expression in general showed worry.
"I would lecture you about how unhealthy for time and space this situation is right now, but I prefer to first point out my distaste for those Bowties you always wear.", her eyebrows furrowed, she slightly shook her head in disapproval. "What on Gallifrey was I thinking by that?", it was almost a whisper, but still easily heard.
