I do need more recent questions to properly continue the blog. Remember it is Ask Driven! I need some things that i can use to make more with it. I love this au, and i really don't want it sitting here collecting dust..
I know i have been on a hiatus of sorts, and it shows on all my blogs, but that is because i have low motivation. I still draw them a lot, but blog wise i am having trouble because it is hard to incorporate what i have in my inbox right now into the story now without them being out of the blue.
Better news wise, Reginald got another redesign, that i personally like better than his last redesign. He got a color rework too.
Yes his new tail is night fury inspired, but with a twist: The claws facing backward on the tail bones allow him to use his tail as a weapon. He can fold the tail fin in, leaving the claws facing outward. It's something like what stegosaurus did. The claws face backward so they not only puncture, but also slice. They're small so they don't break off when used, but the strength his tail has is enough also to break bone. The spikes on the sides prevent the tail bones from breaking when he swings it. The spikes on the top help with air maneuverability. The tail fin itself helps balance him out. His tail is a last resort kind of weapon though. He doesn't want to use it unless he absolutely has to.
So here is at least something i can show to also show i have not abandoned this.
