I honestly was never going to post this cuz it was just for world building (why it's on my main instead of my art blog in this case) but i hope it satisfies that little itch a bit lol

Not me just scrolling through the Dyle x Astro tag and seeing this.
In my main au this is literally what happened. Astro (North in the au) and Dandy are exes, and Astro got with Dyle.

Starstrike's stuff!
1. Non-Binary (They/He most preferred tho)
2. Good.
3. Celestial Fam plus a few adopted members (Dusk, Nova, Darkstrike)
4. Doesn't really have any hate towards any of them, but they do still have some dislike towards Moon.
5. Very much dislikes the villains they deal with at least. Black Moon is their most hated though.
6. Newton Star! Although they often take on an animatronic appearance. They can change to what ever they want tho.
7. Moon made them
8. Very caring but also very sassy when they feel like it. Can be kinda smug, but that rarely ever happens.
9. Pure star power that they can manipulate however they see fit, including forging weapons, and even causing transformations for others.
10. Their biggest fear is losing Eclipse and their family.
11. At first it was revenge, but that has passed and grown into a want to protect their family, but Eclipse especially.
12. Black Moon, Creator, Darkstrike (temporarily)
13. Protector, but also a major role.
14. Eclipse's chest. They keep him alive.
15. Their rays are different colors. Primary rays are white with blue gradients while their secondary rays are silver with gold gradients. Where the other attendants have ruffles, they have a glittery, transparent veil. Blue with gold glitter.
16. Bit mixed on them both but they don't really hate them. Still a slight dislike of Moon for what Moon did to them though.
17. Generally very naive, especially at the beginning of their life. They're more experienced now, but still have occasional moments.
18. Eclipse.
19. They are a newton star developed by Moon who used soul magic in their creation, which is what brought them to life. They were often kept in a cramped space but were aware of things around them despite being unable to see at the time. (They can sense souls as well as read others' emotions and even intentions) They learned how to see and move after Monty took them. After the first Halloween Arc, they were thrown into the middle of Space by Moon. They then proceeded to head back home and sought Eclipse's body out, and have been part of him ever since.

But yeah, uh. Hey guys. I haven't been in the Sun and Moon show fandom for well over a month now.
It's about time I told you guys. I know I'm not really famous within this community but I will still write this message to the people who stuck around.
First of all, thank you all so, SO much for the immense positivity you've brought me on this platform, I can't even begin with how amazing you guys have been to me.
I know this fandom doesn't have the nicest reputation, so I'm glad I stuck around the better parts.
So, what makes me quit?
For starters I have been really invested into Hazbin Hotel (everyone starts throwing bricks at me/j) which wouldn't have actually interfered with my tsams interest...
..if it weren't tsams it's self the issue.
And I hate that I want to say it, but, tsams is OFFICIALLY ruined. It wasn't ruined by the end of Eclipse or his constant revival, no, it wasn't ruined when they stopped doing less gameplay, no, it wasn't RUINED when they KEPT REPEATING THE LORE.
Do you know what ruined it for me?
Greed.
Haha, because, what do you mean they're selling all their characters and maps now? What do you mean they only sprint after the latest collectable trends? WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY HAVE OFFICIAL MERCH??
No and don't even start with "Oh but the showrunners!" It's shit. If they (The VAs) don't get paid enough and need to sell themselves, I think at that point they should have QUIT.
All their characters have lost their charm, have lost who they are, HAVE LOST THEIR UNIQUENESS. They only focus on the most stupidest, most USELESS PLOT POINTS.
LITERALLY EVERYONE KNOWS ROSIEBELL IS A SPY?? WHY DIDN'T THEY PROVE US WRONG BY MAKING GOMER A SPY OR SOME SHIT.
I know, it's wrong of me to say such hateful words but I can't do it anymore.

Anyways— reading this post, I can't say I don't have similar, if not the EXACT SAME thoughts for this show.
The showrunners themselves have mentioned that most things they do are for money.. Hell, all those stream 'rewards' (spoiler episodes, selling models, letting the fans choose the next arcs..) are for their own personal gain.
Honestly, are they even trying anymore? Because it surely doesn't feel like it.
People can be salty and argue on me with this that, "It's hard to continue lore when it's been going on for so long!!"

Everything has to end eventually.
Whether it's a story, someone's life or the whole planet itself.
You CANNOT be adding lore onto lore and expect it to be good. Especially if it's rushed.

Old tsams, in other words, the GOOD tsams ended a long time ago and it's not coming back.
(Used to be one of the rotten ones and I liked you for that.. Now you're all gone, got your make up on and you're not coming back. Can't you come back? /Lyr)
Perhaps, me wanting the old tsams back is the reason I've stayed in this fandom for so long already. But I can't anymore.
I can't keep making myself watch this goddamn channel. It feels like a chore.
... But I also can't really say I never liked this show. Because that's not true.
This show was the only thing keeping me alive at one point. It used to be the only thing that made me happy. The only thing I looked forward to.
And I definitely won't just forget everything of it. Especially not sun, the character I saw myself in and loved so dearly.
Nor will I isolate myself 100% from it.
I'll still read that fanfic sequel I always get excited over ("a change to start again" by SaurexHAS).
I'll still watch those "what if" videos since they usually include old lore.
I'll still check on the videos from time to time.. And I'll be stuck in the old lore for a while until I'm ready to fully let go. Because man.. this shit is NOT easy to do
I'm usually the type of person to live off of one fandom for years, so you can only imagine how this is for me 😭😭

I think the show couldve ended at least around the time solar died, maybe maybe when nexus "went insane" qnd defjnetky before laes rebooted.
They couldve done so much for an ending SO many times, not to mention:
I MISS THE OLD POSTING SCHEDULE SO BAD. sure its been gone for a while. BUT, back then, when it existed, both lore and gaming vids were so perfectly placed for me to watch. I remember it being a cycle between lore and gaming/reactions/you get it, (non lore related vids)
Also, thr fandom would get SO exited when a gaming ep was posted instead of a lore one, saying "tomorrows lore ep will be GOOD!!" I dknt get the same exitement anymore. You dont know AT ALL if youre getting lore or gaming or whatever else. With the schedule, you could calculate what ep would be, and if it wasnt that, youd be exited cause you knew the next lore ep would be SO SO GOOD.
(Also, a while back i went to some old eps and i will say, sometimes the quality was a bit bad, i remember checking a video w golden freddy in it and thinking "i do not remember it sounding like that!" , but thing is, what was IN the video mattered to me most. Abck then, i didnt understand all the lore cause i was smaller and didnt know english as good as now, but if i were to watch every episode again, and tell you the lore, i would be able to, -but i wont, im lazy-)
Genuinely agree with a lot of this. I loved old TSAMS, but i can't say I was happy when i saw all the "ooh next lore video is gonna be good" comments on the gaming videos because i'm very sure those contributed to them ending the gaming videos because along with the lower view counts on the gaming videos, it told them people didn't care about the gaming videos and only wanted the lore. Those comments always made me upset when i saw them because they were also usually the most liked comments on the gaming videos which further pushed that fact.
Then came the changes to their memberships which really pissed me off. All the stuff that they have with the tiers now, they promised when they just had 1 tier of membership which was the 5 dollars a month membership. They promised the Behind The Scenes stuff, and the playing with them stuff just with that membership, and i was paying that because it was reasonable, and at the time I wanted to also support their work. To this day, they are the only channel i ever paid for membership for. And what did we get from that promise? Only like 1 play session (and i was also paying for it for about 6 months), which was the Minecraft Hunger Games video, and the first 2 livestreams where we got to play with them. No BTS stuff. I still paid because i wanted to support them. And then they changed it and i felt slapped in the face when they did. I have not renewed my membership since, and don't plan to. I also quit watching the streams after a bit too.
Maybe it was a blessing when Poppy Playtime Chap 4 pulled me out of it when it did, because the show went to shit after that.
I'm still in the fandom, i have an active AU that I really want to finish, it's just getting the motivation to do it is the hard thing now. I miss old SAMS. I love old SAMS before it became the greed pit it is now. I miss the sillier times. I miss everything that old SAMS had. Greed ruins everything...

I loved old TSAMS, but i can't say I was happy when i saw all the "ooh next lore video is gonna be good" comments on the gaming videos because i'm very sure those contributed to them ending the gaming videos because along with the lower view counts on the gaming videos, it told them people didn't care about the gaming videos and only wanted the lore. Those comments always made me upset when i saw them because they were also usually the most liked comments on the gaming videos which further pushed that fact.
Then came the changes to their memberships which really pissed me off. All the stuff that they have with the tiers now, they promised when they just had 1 tier of membership which was the 5 dollars a month membership. They promised the Behind The Scenes stuff, and the playing with them stuff just with that membership, and i was paying that because it was reasonable, and at the time I wanted to also support their work. To this day, they are the only channel i ever paid for membership for. And what did we get from that promise? Only like 1 play session (and i was also paying for it for about 6 months), which was the Minecraft Hunger Games video, and the first 2 livestreams where we got to play with them. No BTS stuff. I still paid because i wanted to support them. And then they changed it and i felt slapped in the face when they did. I have not renewed my membership since, and don't plan to. I also quit watching the streams after a bit too.
Maybe it was a blessing when Poppy Playtime Chap 4 pulled me out of it when it did, because the show went to shit after that.
I'm still in the fandom, i have an active AU that I really want to finish, it's just getting the motivation to do it is the hard thing now. I miss old SAMS. I love old SAMS before it became the greed pit it is now. I miss the sillier times. I miss everything that old SAMS had. Greed ruins everything...

I swear, if when Jack tries to talk to him tomorrow, Solar just deflects and guilt-trips rather than having an ACTUAL CONVERSATION again, I'm going to lose it!
The worst part is, I think Solar sincerely believes that what he did before was 'trying to talk'. I fully believe that he doesn't realize what he was actually doing. That's why he was so angry about Jack 'just leaving without talking to him' and didn't understand why Jack wanted to leave at all.
But, that's all the more reason I'm worried he's just going to do the same thing, thinking that he is 'talking' and only getting more frustrated that Jack isn't 'listening'.
At this point, he may as well start getting advice from Eclipse. It's wild that he's the better parental figure compared to Solar now. I haven't even been watching the show but from thumbnails and other posts i still see talking about it, he's gotten pretty bad since the whole overseer thing.

the annoying part about having an old hyperfixation is that it technically never LEFT. I need to make ALL the content on TSAMS but anything after Nexus' death arc was covered turned to shit so I don't want to touch it!!! The hyperfixation still EXISTS, thats FUCKED!!! Cuz I hate the newer lore with a burning passion!!! Solar doesn't fucking ACT like that, Sun is forever pathetically single, and THE MAIN ANTAGONIST (creator) IS DEAD. I FEEL NO CARE FOR THESE NEW CUNTS. WHO ARE THEY????? IDGAF. Also the day Lunar- sorry "COSMO" dies is the day I fly/pos. I hate that little fuck. Something i do like about new lore is killer sun (who i rewrote to be BETTER imo HAHAHAHAHAHA) and Terra's new name.
A bit of a silly grievance, but I feel like I can't make content about old TSAMS lore because everyone has moved on or plainly forgot about it. The creators of the show themselves have forgotten plot points, so I get why the viewers wouldn't remember either! But I REMEMBER. I know SO MUCH because for 3 YEARS I was obsessed with every detail!!!! This show literally saved my life, yet the little details I enjoyed are seemingly absent from newer arcs. Also TSBS has become... weirdly fetish-like? Not TSAMS or EAPS or LAES from what I've seen, but other shows like Roxanne and Gregory has become fetish bait and it only worries me. I know that's not something that the more fandom-based shows would do, but I can't help but see how much tsams has become fan service. Idk. I miss the olden days I guess? I may be clouded by nostalgia but I really don't think the recent storylines have captured my attention as much.
If anyone is interested in my rewrite (except it's just "recent TSAMS if Evelyn made it for herself and nobody else because he's a fictionkin of Sun and doesn't remember any of ts") I'll make refs or something.

The End of EAPS
First and foremost, EAPS is going to be ending on the 8th of this month and it will then be changed into a different channel. I trust the people who will be taking over the channel when we are done wrapping up our storyline. Now, I've heard that there is a lot of speculation that with the closure of EAPS that it may mean the end of the others shows that I'm currently working on. Let's get one thing out of the way, I'm not quitting any of the other channels I'm currently working on. SAMS and LAES are channels I fully intend to keep working on. The reason why I am personally stepping away from EAPS is simply due because of how much I wish to peruse my own personal content. With working on 3 BIG channels, and me wanting to produce more than two vids a week on my own channel, it just made sense that something had to give. And that something was EAPS. Make no mistake, this decision did not come lightly. I personally have enjoyed EAPS story far more than the others channels I've worked on so far. It was very hard for me to come to this realization that EAPS was gonna be the channel to go. With that being said, EAPS made the most sense. The arc that we were on was near its close, the dynamics have all altered, the people fully changed. I've told the story that I wanted to tell with EAPS. That Charlie, the girl with infinite power does not have to give into those same urges of those who came before. That she can be different and break the cycle of anger and hate that has come before her. To show that a man full of hate and remorse can change, that he can turn the tides of his past to something better, that one does not need to be tied down by their past. If there is anything you can take away from this show, is that not everything lasts forever, and that's okay. But the biggest thing to note is that. To Be Loved Is To Be Changed Maybe you can change too and not hold onto that anger that's kept you down for however long it has. To set it aside and learn to move on from it, to become something greater than yourself. Thank you for watching the show.
