Nailing it
Throughout our ongoing deck demo/rebuild project Sharon has employed her natural magnetism to gather all the used and useless nails and screws.
She has fished them out of the dirt, yanked them from reusable lumber and even sifted them from the ashes of our fire pit after burning the discarded boards from the old deck.
As you can see, it's an impressive collection. I tried to reuse some of them, but they were too far gone. They're bound for the landfill, I guess.
