Imprisoned Link?) Neila glanced around the ruins. She wondered if there was any life within the ruins of the ancient castle.

Inside, deep in the underground cells, Link was imprisoned. Impaled by his own sword and strung up by chains to be shown off to any who entered the cell. He was silent, there as really no reason to speak with no one there to talk to. This was how he spent his days.

Silent. Alone.

Afraid…..

"Here, lean on me."

"I dont wish to be a burden on you… You should just leave before someone sees you. I cant have you killed for me. I just cant…."

Link shied away from Midna, not caring about the sharp pain in his chest as his sword sliced deeper into him. He would not allow someone he considered…..a friend….to be harmed by his captors.

"Please…"

"Here, I need to clean you up. This might sting a bit..."

"Just do it… I have endured worse."

Link turned his head to the side, closing his eyes. He was braced for the slight sting of the medicine against his wounds, but it couldnt really compare to the pain of the wounds themselves.

"I dont mind the pain so much anymore…"

"Look at me. Just look at me and stay awake. Can you do that?"

"No… Just…please…. Leave me alone… Leave me alone to rest away my pain in peace… At least be that merciful…"

Link hung his head, body trembling. He looked like he might be crying, but no tears fell from his eyes. He wanted to be alone. To deal with his pain. Like he had for so very long.
