💡 Always learning & adding tools to the toolbox 🧰 . I buy the kindle version of many books, as I am constantly on the move . I read AT LEAST 12 books a year and in 2018 I really made an effort to return to reading full time . Reading is my ‘think time’, so I can get my mind right in the morning before the day gets rollin’ . + coffee ☕️ . Finished the GLUTE LAB book, a few weeks ago, but I like to review the info, to make sure I did not miss anything . Types of books I read-self help, lifestyle, training books, program design, nutrition and books of inspiration . I have read that CEOs read about 5 books per month to total about 60 books per year. In 2018, I am sure I came close, but never have added up the titles I have read. . I also have another list of ‘future books’ as when you read one book, they often reference quotes/people -so then I research those books . These authors have become, my pseudo-mentors . They provide information, and direction when I am looking for answers. Luckily, my years as a high school math teacher, and educator have made me resourceful so I know where to look . Never stop learning . #gluteworkout #glutetraining #onlinecoach #improvement2020 #nextlevelbasic #holidayreading #glute2020 (at Sherbrooke, Quebec) https://www.instagram.com/p/B6gXI3TDj86/?igshid=6j2z3vcq7ibe
