Blackjack c;

4th person gets: My character to propose and be married for three days.

Sora grinned when he saw Hayner walk up with a quick 'blackjack' and a wink, and looked down at the slip of paper in his hand before holding it up. "Four!" Sora said out loud, before lowering the piece of paper and winking himself. Sora had to bite his lip to stop from snickering out loud, and he cleared his throat, making a big show of going down on one knee and looking up at Hayner.

  "Hayner! My buddy! My bro! My go-to man!" Sora exclaimed loudly, pressing a hand to his chest as he closed his eyes and ignored the weird looks and stares being given to him and Hayner by passer-bys. "If you'd do me the brohonor of being bromantically married for a week..." Sora paused, frowning a bit. What next? "Oh! Uh - I'd...buy you some sea salt ice-cream. And let you fly the gummi ship - you just gotta make sure Donald never finds out."

   Grinning again, Sora didn't wait for Hayner's response, his composure already slipping as he nearly fell back over in his haste getting up as he laughed heartily, slinging an arm around Hayner's shoulder and using his free hand to punch his friend lightly on the arm. "So, you gonna buy me a present and woo me now, or what?" He teased, fluttering his eyelashes jokingly before letting out a loud laugh. If there was anyone Sora wanted to be 'married' to, it'd definitely be his go-to guy.

    Xigbar stared at her, face as impassive as he could make it. This was difficult enough on its own, but he couldn't let himself show how much it hurt to do this.    "You know I don't want to." Calm voice, eye set in a hard stare. Larxene was seething, because of course she would never plead. Could never lower herself to begging for anything.    With a wave of a hand, he opened a portal. "Have fun in Castle Oblivion, XII." She'd come to him asking for his accompaniment to the other castle, but he knew what was intended for them. It was useless to even try to persuade her out of going-- he knew her alliance with Marluxia was nigh unbreakable.     It hurt that she would trust Marluxia more than him, but he didn't say so. When he wanted to, he could be just as callous as the rest of them. And after all, she was little more than a traitor that they all saw coming.

★ Easily my favorite Sora blog. It's an all encompassing love, really. Your theme is so clean and cute and nice, but good html aside you've just got such a good handle on this character. I find that sometimes, because Sora's the hero of the story that he gets rp'd in a one dimensional light, but when you're writing, he's got depth, personality quirks. The carefree, adventurous boy we were first introduced to in KH 1 gets to play a little bit. 100% quality.

hayner mun! it’s been a while! ahhhh god. wow. favorite is a REALLY BIG STRONG WORD MAN. and fuck. it’s a serious honor and hahahaha goddamn it you’re making me grin like a fool. not sure how i managed to get that title in your books but — fuck, am i glad i did (although i will tell you now, there are PLENTY of other soras that can easily swipe that title away if you see ‘em). 

   either way, i am very glad to hear that you think i portray sora so well - because i do try, and while sometimes i think he can come off a bit lackluster, i try and put my all and do my best in playing him as i think he’d be both in canon but realistically as well. i get what you mean - people tend to overlook what sora is/can be like and focus only on the more prominent traits of his character (silly, a little dim, naive, etc) but he’s got a lot more traits that are just as important and make him who he is and i really like putting those in him, too.

  i don’t think i play him perfect - i never will be able to - but to know that other people, that you, think i play him well enough is more than great to me. i’m really happy to hear this, and i’m still grinning like a fool - because A.) this is a fucking lovely message and B.) i love your hayner to bits (whaddya know, he’s my favorite hayner blog too). i’ve seen a few hayner rp’ers out there but yours sticks to me the most. he’s so close to canon it’s amazing to see, and sora and hayner need to have a few broments and become total bromigos in the future, ya feel????

ANYWAYS. YES. THANK YOU FOR THIS. SO MUCH. you really don’t know how much i appreciate it, and how big of a smile it’s put on my face.
