receiving comments on an ongoing fic (such as these), esp when i least expect it, really does make me smile, and gives me the motivation to continue on, even if, if i may be honest here, have been struggling in finding energy and motivation to write (don't get me wrong, i really want to write and give speedier updates), esp these past few weeks, as things in work got more hectic, and im literally fighting with my own self in trying to find the energy, i sometimes have to tie myself down in a chair facing my computer/laptop just to finish a chapter. hayao miyazaki was right, creating art will def make you feeling like this:

aNYWAY, RANTS ASIDE, my point is, sometimes a writer's greatest enemy other than writer's block, is their own self, eme.

tldr: thank you for leaving such nice comments 🥺 if you really did love a fic, don't hesistate to hit that kudos or leave a comment, even keyboard smashes work just fine. they're like bread and butter for any author.

im getting so old that as much i want to lock in and finish a chapter of 'in pectore', each sentence i type, i yawn (im sleepy af) and my adhd brain decided that its much better to belt to 'reflection' than to write
