alright so me and sis noticed that we have a mini donut baking machine thingy that has been standing on the fridge since forever and we decided like hey. let's try it. and okay so maybe we had been hoping for mini donuts like the ones that they sell at the annual city festival, but even tho they didn't quite reach those levels of insanely delicious, they were still pretty good.

aaaand I may have sent a few pics to my friends and now I'm gonna have to bring the leftovers to school.

okay so first of all – all the names mentioned are made up nicknames

some of you may know I have a small job of teaching kids to draw comics. the first lesson of the new semester was today and let me tell you I AM SO GLAD

I wasn't looking forward to it that much because I have a heavy workload at the moment + the annoying kid (Bob) (no I'm not going to draw 90% of your art, if you wanna learn then do it yourself jfc) from last semester has applied again

BUT LET ME TELL YOU there was this new kid (Harry) and he was so quick to open up and he actually seemed interested in drawing?? and compared to the other kids he's pretty mature (or as mature as a 10-year-old gets)

SO, rather than repeating last semester's babysitting, I might actually get to teach someone to draw!! someone who has genuine interest!!!!!!! and idk about Bob, but at least he was fairly well behaved this lesson. hopefully it'll last.

it's my dad's birthday so the whole family went to an asian buffet. my sister's napkin caught on fire, I got ashes in my hair, and when I was pulling a chicken of its stick it flew halfway across the table.

my family doesn't dine out a lot.
