I could have done this for queens of Myu day but then I had no ideas for free day so huh here we are XD. There is a bit of a character bias in here haha but I think it worked out visually??

What makes Tomoko my favorite Neptune is that her portrayal is not too warm or cold, she is very graceful and her voice suits a woman in her late teens, such as Michiru. She is perfect.
