Get ready for the next of the core five...It's Frost/Miris (what you call him just depends when, but more specifically where you catch him)! Frost is from the most northern kingdom in Inaria called the Seashards.

He left his island years ago in the hopes of carving his own path, but that plan went horribly awry. Poor guy. All he really wants to do is go home.
