Gear: Inatek’s Camera Bags

As a photographer one of the most important things besides our camera is where we put and transport our camera and our gear. Not only do we look for something safe, weather resistant, and fireproof but we also want the most sleek, most stylish and with the best distribution for our gear. Pff! What a tough job.

After owning a couple of camera bags from several vendors like Lowepro, Caselogic and a couple of others, I decided I needed something reliable and safe so I got a Pelican case for my camera. The case is amazing and works fine if you are only walking from home to set, but what about when you have to shoot in the streets? What about hiking? Traveling?

INATEK’S BAG, A BAG THAT HAS IT ALL.

Finally after several months using my Pelican case, I got in touch with Inatek, a company that has developed one of the coolest camera backpacks I have ever tried and used. I have been using it for the past couple of weeks and I don’t miss my pelican case at all. 

The bag is made with a great material, it is waterproof, the texture of the material feels soft and also durable. The Inatek backpack has a lot of cool pockets that can be used for several things, it has a cool hidden safety pocket on the strap which is useful if you want to put important documents or your credit cards. The handle is made out of a leather style material and feels strong with a great grip. 

I must say that the exterior is very stylish and comes in neutral colors which I personally love, but the interior is my favorite part of the bag. The zippers feel well made, it has two laptop divisions one inside the bag and one on an outside pocket. The bag also has very strong and resistant divisions to put the gear in, which has been one of my main concerns when buying a backpack, because most of them come with a velcro style adjustment system and they are soft which makes your gear move around. One of the features I love about it is that it as a water resistant or protection pad inside the camera which repels water so it is super safe to have it inside in case any accidents happen.

As many other camera bags the divisions are adaptable so you can fit the gear as you need. The biggest con I have with the backpack is that it is a bit stiff and I feel it is because it is very well built to protect the gear, so if we have to compromise it is always great to do it for safety.

I must say Inatek’s backpack is a very good bag for professional and amateur photographers that need a reliable and safe backpack to carry their gear as well as for those who want to carry their cameras in a stylish way.

Ormai siamo sempre più dipendenti dai nostri dispositivi che ci portiamo con noi, in particolare tutti ci abbiamo sempre al nostro fianco i nostri cari smartphone, dispositivi che hanno salvate all’interno tutte le nostre informazioni personali e tutte le comunicazioni con i nostri contatti.

Sarebbe un vero peccato se il nostro device si lesionasse a causa di una caduta oppure nel peggiore dei casi si andasse a rovinare irreversibilmente in conseguenza ad un urto o una collisione con il suolo o altri oggetti. Inateck, ci viene incontro per protegge il nostro smartphone, in particolare il nostro nuovo iPhone 7, con una cover ben diversa dal solito.

Design e qualità costruttiva

La cover Inateck PC5001 a differenza delle classiche protezioni per i nostri terminali è formata da tre elementi, la parte principale che copre il prospetto posteriore del dispositivo, mentre gli elementi in plastica rigida, si prenderanno cura degli elementi superiori ed inferiori dello smartphone con la relativa protezione degli angoli del nostro iPhone 7.

Come possiamo notare la cover presenta una sezione circolare al centro di essa dove permetterà di mostrare il logo Apple del nostro terminale, ma poco più sopra potremo notare anche gli elementi ritagliati per incastonare la fotocamera posteriore ed il flash, mantenendo qualche millimetro di spessore, come motivo di sicurezza; inoltre questa parte è ben curata, permettendoci di poter posizionare il nostro smartphone su una superficie, con la fotocamera posteriore rivolta verso il piano di posa, dove lo andremo a riporre, senza rischiare che la fotocamera possa venire a contatto con superfici realizzate in vari materiali, rischiando di compromettere il corpo ottico stesso e danneggiando quindi anche il vetro che ricopre l’unità stessa, rischiando di graffiarsi od opacizzarsi per via degli sfregamenti a cui potrebbe essere sottoposta la fotocamera.

Esperienza d’uso

Nell’utilizzo quotidiano, la cover Inateck PC5001, permette di coprire integralmente il nostro iPhone 7, e grazie agli elementi applicati superiormente ed inferiormente, si riesce ad ottenere una cover rigida senza dover eccedere con le dimensioni e forma del dispositivo. La cover pur essendo rigida, integrale e gradevole alla vista, possiede qualche leggera imperfezione, in particolare vogliamo portare all’attenzione il seguente dettaglio, la cover è ben strutturata e calza a pennello con il terminale ma purtroppo la superficie principale dove avviene il contatto con le nostre mani non presenta un grip elevato e si rischia che se il terminale non venga maneggiato con la giusta attenzione esso possa scivolare dalla nostra presa.

Conclusioni

Nel complesso la cover Inateck PC5001, per iPhone 7 da 4,7″ inch, è un ottimo prodotto con il quale si può proteggere il proprio terminale da tutti i possibili incidenti che possono capitare durante l’uso quotidiano. L’unico elemento che secondo noi necessitava di una cura leggermente maggiore è il fattore di presa (GRIP), perché come segnalato in precedenza, la cover presenta sono un lieve livello di grip e per aver la sicurezza di utilizzare il terminale in sicurezza, si necessita di aver un’ottima presa, altrimenti si rischia il prodotto possa scivolare dalle nostre mani, cadendo a terra rovinosamente.
