Post lean bulk pic and Inbody scan results. I like the Inbody for a free way to track progress. I do my scans the same time of day, same circumstances (no caffeine, fasted, no training 8 hrs prior). According to this, I put on 13lbs over about 12 weeks. About 8lbs of this was muscle, the rest was mostly water and a bit of fat. I'm not saying I'm 9% bodyfat by any means. I normally add a couple % points to whatever the machine kicks out. Overall I'm quite pleased with the results. Considering Covid and our crazy family life, I've still managed to train consistently and make progress. As I always say, you're never too old to take control and change. I wish I looked and felt at 27, they way I do now at 37.
