Legs Day! Not my best workout. Couldn’t get into two stations I wanted so had to ad-lib a little. — Started off with 4x4 of sumo deadlifts at 75% 1RM (315lbs). — I used a bar path app for the second video. Not nearly as straight as I thought it was. The bar is definitely dragging up and down my leg.
