Isn't Asukashin (I don't care how to spell it) kind of abusive and a hate ship?

I must admit that the way their relationship were developed really was in a abusive way, even though they have a great potential, not only romantically but as friends too... it makes me so sad, especially because asuka is my favorite & she had such a great potential to grow as a character during the show. her behavior with the others is kinda understandable due to her past & the way she wanted to prove to everyone, including herself, that she could do everything alone & was supposed to be the best of the best, but idk, they could have improved it.

the idea of them enjoying each other company warms my heart hhg.

have you received anon hate for shipping asushin? i like their relationship in the original series a lot too, but i feel it's a ship a lot of people hate because it's abusive (i agree it's not healthy, but there's more than that)

& yes, I agree. they have such a hard time trying to accept their feelings & tbh the idea of them having a better development, even though I doubt that would happen in the next movie, warms my heart. but I see so much potential in them...? I've seen a lot of people that think the same way, so I don't really feel 100% as an outsider by shipping asushin sksskskssikwow.
