Natsuo had been hesitant around his father in the beginning, so used to the dad that didn’t want anything to do with him. Eventually he warmed up to Enji, slowly realizing that this dad was different than the one he remembered. He still hesitated sometimes when approaching his father, or asking anything from him, but for the most part, he was over his initial trepidation. 

When he heard his father enter the house that evening, he went careening towards the front entrance, skidding to a stop and hesitating only a split second before he launched himself at his dad’s legs, latching onto him and turning his face up towards Enji with a bright smile. 

When he’s lifted into strong arms, he throws his skinny little arms around his father’s neck. “Welcome home!” he chirps happily and presses a wet sloppy kiss against Enji’s cheek before he nuzzles into his shoulder, seeking more of the warmth emanating from his father.

oh god lemme think there’s a good chance i repressed the memory

The only one I remember distinctly is;

i used to write for ffxv when I first started out on tumblr, which is just a goldmine fandom for angst, and i remember one of the first threads I had was an assassination attempt before Noctis even leaves the city

He ended up dying in Regis’ arms, and i was still raw from the games ending so the emotional impact was doubled, personally 

honestly, im just weak for family angst so that one killed me to write.

pretty sure there was another one for persona 5 with akechi and akira that i dont remember clearly but i do recall screaming with the other mun over it. I think it was a Palace AU? Lots of repressed feelings and arguments and denial

    A kiss for Endeavor-san? Well…He had to refrain for now. It’d be weird to just full on plant his lips on the other’s right now. He didn’t want burned alive after all. He thought for a few moments before coming up with a plan. He kissed his own hand before fluttering up and lightly booping the same spot on Endeavor’s lips.

      “Boop! Indirect kiss!” And he quickly flew off to avoid getting caught. Not today, he had to live for another day at the very least.
