Inchin’s Bamboo Garden Inchin's in Bellevue is in the space chantanee used to be. Plenty of free (validation) parking in the area, and in the heart of Bellevue close to downtown. Like it's Redmond location, the interior feels contemporary and clean. The music is trip hoppy and smooth. Very cool vibe. I was greeted and seated very quickly. The waitress was attentive, but bored. My water glass didn't get refilled, but I was serviced quickly and my food and drink came out in a timely fashion. The menu was brief, but effective. It included vegetarian options and meat options for Asian favorites. The drink menu looked exciting and was bound in leather. It continued to perpetuate the modern vibe which I really liked. The menu was priced upper average, and it included an interesting array of options that seemed to be a blend of Indian, Thai and Chinese. What kind of threw me off is that none of the food tasted the way you would think it would. Like none of it was traditional flavors from those countries. It definitely was a true fusion. I guess my experience was ok. I think the Redmond location is still my favorite from this chain.
