i just remembered that the first fanfic I ever read was a dramione fluff/smut fic in 5th grade. the plot of it was Hermione and Draco have a nice fun time during their 7th year in the room of requirement on a large pile of pillows as the bed, and then she gets pregnant, so after Hogwarts they run away together and move to America. It ends with them decorating their new apartment and finding out they’re having twins, a boy and a girl. anyways we now know why i’m Like This

#we now know why i'm Like This #i guess?#my bff at the time read it too and it became a huge inside joke #we would look at eachother and go HERMIONE?!?!?!?#it was enough of a thing that she wrote it in my yearbook #:/#well at least we know why i'm like this #if you were wondering #the second fic i ever read was that summer and it was a 400.000 word HP next gen fix-it fic #because i was salty about the cursed child #in typical me fashion i read it in about 2 days #but my early fanfic reading habits are very telling as to why i'm Like This #i then continued on to read LOTS of linny and more dramione fanfic in 6th grade. it was all fluff #then in 7th grade i was obsessed with Phan #yes #i know #but I read lots of phan fic (haha good pun there)#including smut #that was on accident tho i didn't mean to but then i was reading a one-shot book and i was physically unable to go to the next chapter until #i finished the one i was reading #then after i got past my regrettable phan phase at the end of 7th grade i didn't read anymore fanfiction until the end of 8th grade #when i got into marvel #and specifically irondad #because i have daddy issues #and that's also when i started writing fanfiction #again #irondad #and that's my fanfiction journey! if you read this #i'm sorry #i really am
