Since Private Concert we know he is not healing as fast as other Reps—which personally makes me think it confirms he isn't representing a place anymore†—but says nothing if he is aging. Maybe he is, but it could be that living with Lud is keeping him the same or aging very slowly (or not so slowly because Ludwig travels a lot)...

(He probably can't lose his mind because he was a rep for a long time. I still like that idea for horror and angst :3, as much as immature or whatever that might be).

...So, if he moves with another active rep, he should stay the same as he is nowadays living with Ludwig (unless this only works with Lud), but if he moves with another retired rep sibling††, or alone, or with humans, he might start aging faster, or more exactly, at a normal range. As the Nikoniko info says, it would be harder for him.
As much bittersweet that would be, he always says he is bored (all refs about him being bored post retirement, unless it is missing something). My main issue would be if it is too traditional nuclear fam unit, especially knowing he has shown attraction to the Ita brothers and Erzsi, and that he is mister 'I am not jealous of couples I love being alone; I'm not crying'. Gay and/or poly please! Thank you. Or fulfilling life with "just" good friends! (Or live with [insert ship here] forever and ever! Except coughs I think he will run out of time eventually...)

† I also don't think he is alive purely because some humans love or hate towards Prussia or the GDR; even less the Teutonic Knights when, knowing how canon tends to be, there is a chance there is a new one in Vienna that's catholic.
†† Hima says this about other Ger's brothers, though because of hearing about strong regional identifications in Germany, I think there has to be previous HRE states still around and as immortal as before (maybe some retired and a newer rep replaced them though).
