And, roughly half a month in the making, there’s episode one of Over The Garden Wall. 

I have to say- I’m not sure what I expected, but that really, really wasn’t it. The characters are charming, the atmosphere is incredible, and the monster design... 

The monster design is ENTIRELY in my aesthetic, and I adore it. 

I don’t know when I’ll be doing episode two, but I definitely think it’ll be sooner than my last “tonight”.

Alright, tumblr is acting up- as it does, so I will resume this later.

This show- It’s something, alright. I’m really enjoying it’s everything, so far, but I’m only half way into the first episode, so we’ll see.

oh gosh what a swell guy! I admit I totally love his design too, I just haven’t been able to read much. Siiigh some C-class characters are so great, the pain of loving them! I’ll try and check him out

There's not that much to read. There's Blue Devil vol.1 and Shadowpact (and occasional cameos).

There's also the feature with him and Black Lightning in the DCnU's DC Universe Presents, but I've got to admit to not having read that yet.

Really shallow reason really.

First encountered him when reading Blackest Night, and loved his design (and his personality) right from the get go.

I think he's a really great and compelling character (such sass!) , and I wish he was featured more.

Here, have this:

Another thing that's great about him is that he's religious, but as he's a demon, the whole going to church thing doesn't go all that great. In fact, he get's burned when he sets foot on holy ground.

Granted, the reason I tend to fall in love with C-class character may partly be that since they aren't that utilized, they thus don't get screwed around with by the writer as much (unfortunately, they have a bigger chance of dying/going evil/something else bad, and staying that way)

also. Bea and Gavril (aka Rocket Red and Fire). While I have a hard time imagining Bea in a steady relationship, Gavril's crush was just so cute....But that one's deader than dead. Just like Gavril. :c
