you know the customer service is fucked when ya buy 800 deviantart points so you can comission your friend to draw something for you and then whe you give them the points they never receive them and you don’t have any record in your receipts of buying the points so you can’t prove anything to staff but you submit a ticket for help anyways and nevr get a response and your commission gets called off so you basically lost 10 bucks fer no reason
then four months later you check the store cause you see a cool product and your balance says 800 points
well i guess i didnt waste 10 dollars thats cool but where the fuck did they go in the first place and how did they return
