yeah the guy at the pet store told me to the same, but when i asked if normal saline solution was okay, he said it would be better to get something more pure? but i don’t know where to look for anything like this. i would have assumed saline solution was as pure as it gets. but i’m always really hesitant to use human stuff on animals. especially since my cat is super sensitive to pretty much everything

Do it. Skip it. Let characters compliment them on the ceremony to imply what happened.

nah i kind of need it for parallels and to imply things. i wrote it kind of roughly and quickly, but it should suffice.
