On a hot Fourth of July, these tasty and healthy yogurt ice pops will help you cool off. They're the perfect treat for your celebration because they're American!
Ingredients: 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries. 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped. 1/4 cup honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup milk. Popsicle molds and sticks.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth. Add the milk to the yogurt mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Take your popsicle molds and alternate layering the yogurt mixture with blueberries and strawberries, creating a patriotic red, white, and blue pattern. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid. To remove the yogurt ice pops from the molds, briefly run them under warm water to loosen them. Serve and enjoy your Fourth of July Yogurt Ice Pops!
